Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) co-operates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. Terms of delivery for e-commerce

The association sells intangible gifts to individuals and organizations in Finland and internationally.
Customer account and reservations in the online store
The e-mail address provided by the customer in connection with registration serves as the customer account username for the online store and the booking system. Registration is not required.
Only one email address can be associated with one customer account. The username and password are personal and may not be disclosed or otherwise disclosed by the customer to anyone. A minor can have his or her own customer account, e.g. by a guardian or linked to his or her client account. The service provider processes customer data in accordance with the register description.
The customer’s account shows the services booked and paid for by the customer. All customer information is treated confidentially.
When purchasing from the online store, the customer is required to read and commit to the terms and conditions of the online store and the customer agreement in force at the time, and by making a payment, the customer accepts them.
The service provider is not responsible for any technical problems or damages that may affect the use of the service.
Accuracy of information
The customer is responsible for the correctness of the contact information provided for booking and purchasing the service, and the service provider is not responsible for any disruptions caused by incorrect information.
Ordering
The products are ordered on the online store’s website by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the checkout service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to read and agree to the current delivery terms.
After making the payment, the customer automatically switches back from the website of his online bank to the website of the service provider, in which case the service order can be confirmed. When the payment is logged to the service provider, a confirmation message will automatically be sent to the customer’s email, which will serve as a receipt for the purchase. The service is only valid at the time indicated on the receipt in accordance with the terms of the customer agreement in force at the time.
If the customer does not receive a confirmation message from the service provider about their purchase or the automatic return to the service provider’s website after payment is interrupted, the customer should contact the service provider’s customer support (eva.forssen(at)mac.com)
Terms of delivery
The customer has the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days.

There is no cost to the consumer for the return.
In case of a refund, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the order.
The customer can download the card to be printed immediately after paying for their purchase.
To make a purchase, click on the products in the cart and go to the cart to place an order. The shopping cart button is located at the top right. If you are unable to order from the online store, please contact us by email or phone.
Christmas card:
Once you have paid for your purchase, an order confirmation will appear in your browser window. Download your card from the page download link! You can print the card you downloaded or email it to the recipient of the intangible gift.

The gift (s) you have purchased will be delivered to their recipients in Arusha, Tanzania and will not be shipped to you.
